You are not entitled to a state-paid lawyer to represent or assist you with your complaint to the Constitutional Court.
Neither the Constitutional Court nor the Ukrainian state will provide you with a lawyer, or pay for your lawyer’s services. If you want to hire a lawyer, you have to take into account that you will have to pay for their services yourself.
